TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last updated: Juli 2026

Welcome to SEVLUNE.

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the SEVLUNE website, as well as the purchase of products offered through the website.

By accessing the website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Seller Information

The website is operated by:

Business name: SEVLUNE
Email: contact@sevlune.com
Website: https://sevlune.com/

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, “SEVLUNE”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of the SEVLUNE online store.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to:

  • the use of the SEVLUNE website;
  • orders placed through the website;
  • the sale and delivery of products to customers in Tunisia;
  • payments made through Cash on Delivery;
  • returns, exchanges, refunds, and customer complaints.

Any order placed through the website is subject to the version of these Terms and Conditions available at the time the order is submitted.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers under Tunisian law.

3. Customer Eligibility

To place an order, the customer must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Where an order is placed on behalf of another person, the person placing the order confirms that they are authorised to provide the recipient’s details and accept these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is complete, accurate, and up to date.

4. Products

SEVLUNE offers skincare, beauty, and cosmetic products, including Korean skincare products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, quantities, sizes, and usage instructions are accurate.

However:

  • product packaging may be updated by the manufacturer;
  • colours may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen;
  • the manufacturer may modify the presentation or packaging without prior notice;
  • product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes;
  • the information printed on the product packaging takes precedence where it differs from the information displayed on the website.

Customers must read the product label, ingredient list, warnings, storage instructions, and directions for use before using a product.

5. Skincare and Health Information

The product descriptions, skincare information, routines, and recommendations provided by SEVLUNE are for general informational purposes only.

They do not constitute:

  • medical advice;
  • a medical diagnosis;
  • dermatological treatment;
  • pharmaceutical advice;
  • a guarantee of specific results.

Individual results may vary depending on skin type, allergies, sensitivity, lifestyle, and other personal factors.

Customers are advised to perform a patch test before using a new cosmetic product. Use must be discontinued immediately in the event of irritation, swelling, burning, severe redness, or any other adverse reaction.

Customers should consult a doctor, dermatologist, or pharmacist before using a product when they:

  • have a known allergy or skin condition;
  • are receiving medical treatment;
  • are pregnant or breastfeeding;
  • have highly sensitive or damaged skin;
  • are uncertain about the suitability of a product.

Nothing in this section excludes SEVLUNE’s responsibility for a defective, unsafe, or non-compliant product where such responsibility applies under Tunisian law.

6. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are stated in Tunisian dinars — TND.

Prices include applicable taxes where required. Delivery charges are displayed separately before the customer confirms the order.

The total amount payable will be shown during checkout and may include:

  • the price of the products;
  • delivery charges;
  • any applicable discount;
  • any other charge clearly disclosed before confirmation.

SEVLUNE may change product prices at any time. However, a price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by SEVLUNE.

In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, SEVLUNE may contact the customer before accepting or delivering the order. The customer may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it without charge.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, gifts, and special offers may be subject to specific conditions, including:

  • a validity period;
  • a minimum purchase amount;
  • eligibility requirements;
  • limits on selected products or brands;
  • a restriction to one use per customer;
  • restrictions on combining several offers.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash, applied after an order has been confirmed, or combined with another offer.

SEVLUNE reserves the right to cancel a promotional code that has been used fraudulently, unlawfully, or contrary to its stated conditions.

8. Placing an Order

Before submitting an order, the customer is given the opportunity to review:

  • the products selected;
  • product quantities;
  • the delivery address;
  • contact details;
  • delivery charges;
  • the total amount payable;
  • the selected payment method.

The customer may correct or modify this information before confirming the order.

By clicking the final order button and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the customer submits an order to SEVLUNE.

After the order is submitted, the customer may receive an automatic acknowledgement by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the website. An automatic acknowledgement only confirms that the order has been received and does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.

The order is accepted when SEVLUNE confirms it by email, SMS, telephone, WhatsApp, or another agreed communication method.

9. Order Verification

Because payment is made upon delivery, SEVLUNE may contact the customer to verify:

  • the customer’s identity;
  • the telephone number;
  • the delivery address;
  • the ordered products;
  • the total amount;
  • the customer’s availability to receive the order.

SEVLUNE may place an order on hold or cancel it when:

  • the customer cannot be reached after reasonable attempts;
  • the delivery information is incomplete or inaccurate;
  • the product is unavailable;
  • there is an obvious pricing or technical error;
  • fraudulent or abusive activity is reasonably suspected;
  • the order cannot be delivered to the requested location;
  • the customer has repeatedly failed to receive previously confirmed Cash on Delivery orders.

Any decision to refuse or cancel an order will be made subject to applicable Tunisian law.

10. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve it.

Where a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, SEVLUNE will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible and before the planned delivery date.

The customer may then:

  • accept a replacement product of an equivalent nature and value;
  • modify the order;
  • remove the unavailable product;
  • cancel the entire order.

SEVLUNE will not replace a product without the customer’s agreement.

Because payment is made upon delivery, no amount will normally be due for an unavailable product.

11. Payment

SEVLUNE currently offers Cash on Delivery.

The customer must pay the total amount due directly to the delivery agent when the order is delivered.

Unless another payment method is expressly offered by the delivery provider, payment must be made in cash in Tunisian dinars.

The amount to be collected will correspond to the total displayed and confirmed when the order was accepted, including any applicable delivery charges.

SEVLUNE does not collect or store credit card or debit card details because no online card payment is currently processed through the website.

12. Delivery Area

SEVLUNE delivers to addresses located within Tunisia, subject to the delivery coverage of its courier partners.

Some remote or difficult-to-access locations may:

  • require a longer delivery period;
  • be subject to additional delivery charges;
  • require delivery to a nearby collection point;
  • be unavailable for delivery.

Any additional charge or special delivery arrangement will be communicated to the customer before dispatch whenever reasonably possible.

13. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery period is: two to five working days after order confirmation.

Delivery periods may vary according to:

  • the customer’s location;
  • courier availability;
  • weekends and public holidays;
  • weather conditions;
  • periods of high demand;
  • incorrect or incomplete delivery details;
  • events outside SEVLUNE’s reasonable control.

The applicable delivery estimate must be communicated to the customer before or when the order is confirmed.

SEVLUNE will inform the customer of any material delay as soon as reasonably possible.

14. Delivery Conditions

The customer must provide:

  • a complete and accurate delivery address;
  • a valid Tunisian telephone number;
  • any instructions reasonably required to locate the address;
  • the name of the person authorised to receive the order, where applicable.

The customer must remain reasonably available to answer calls from SEVLUNE or the delivery provider.

The delivery agent may contact the customer to arrange or confirm delivery.

Where the customer is unavailable, the courier may make another delivery attempt or return the package to SEVLUNE, depending on the courier’s procedures.

The customer should not accept a package intended for another person unless authorised to do so.

15. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the external condition of the package before accepting it.

Where the package is visibly opened, crushed, wet, or seriously damaged, the customer may:

  • refuse the package;
  • ask the delivery agent to record the damage;
  • contact SEVLUNE as soon as possible.

Acceptance of a package does not remove the customer’s statutory rights where a defect, damage, or non-conformity is discovered after opening it.

Customers should retain the packaging, invoice, order confirmation, and relevant photographs until the complaint has been resolved.

16. Cancellation Before Dispatch

A customer who wishes to cancel an order before dispatch should contact SEVLUNE as soon as possible at:

contact@sevlune.com

The cancellation request should include:

  • the customer’s full name;
  • the order number;
  • the telephone number used for the order;
  • a clear request to cancel the order.

SEVLUNE will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order before it is handed to the courier.

Where the order has already been dispatched, the request may be processed in accordance with the withdrawal and return provisions below.

17. Right of Withdrawal

Subject to applicable Tunisian law and the exceptions described below, a customer may withdraw from an online purchase within 10 working days from the date the products are received.

To exercise this right, the customer must send a clear withdrawal request to:

contact@sevlune.com

The request should include:

  • the customer’s name;
  • the order number;
  • the product concerned;
  • the date of delivery;
  • a clear statement that the customer wishes to withdraw from the purchase.

The customer does not have to provide a reason for the withdrawal.

SEVLUNE will provide the customer with return instructions and the applicable return address.

18. Conditions for Withdrawal Returns

A product returned following a change of mind should be:

  • in its original condition;
  • unused;
  • complete;
  • returned with its accessories and gifts, where applicable;
  • returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible;
  • protected appropriately during transportation.

For health, hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, a cosmetic or skincare product that has been opened, used, unsealed, contaminated, damaged after delivery, or improperly stored may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return where the product cannot safely be resold or is susceptible to deterioration.

This restriction does not apply where the product:

  • is defective;
  • is damaged before delivery;
  • does not match the order;
  • is unsafe;
  • has an undisclosed defect;
  • is otherwise non-compliant with the customer’s mandatory legal rights.

Eligibility will be assessed individually and in accordance with applicable Tunisian law.

19. Cost of a Change-of-Mind Return

Where the customer exercises the right of withdrawal because they have changed their mind, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

The product remains the customer’s responsibility until it is received by SEVLUNE.

Customers are advised to use a traceable delivery method and retain proof of dispatch.

Packages sent without following the communicated return procedure may be delayed or refused where SEVLUNE cannot identify the customer or the relevant order.

20. Refunds Following Withdrawal

Once the returned product has been received and its condition verified, SEVLUNE will process the applicable refund within the period required by Tunisian law.

Under the applicable electronic commerce rules, reimbursement following a valid withdrawal must be made within 10 working days from the return of the goods.

Because the original payment was made through Cash on Delivery, the refund may be issued through:

  • a bank transfer;
  • a postal transfer;
  • cash collection from an agreed location;
  • another method agreed between SEVLUNE and the customer.

SEVLUNE may request the information reasonably necessary to process the refund. Such information will be handled in accordance with the SEVLUNE Privacy Policy.

21. Incorrect, Damaged, Defective, or Non-Compliant Products

The customer must contact SEVLUNE as soon as possible where:

  • the wrong product was delivered;
  • an item is missing;
  • the product arrived damaged;
  • the product appears defective;
  • the product does not correspond to the confirmed order;
  • the product has passed its expiry date;
  • the product cannot reasonably be used for its intended purpose.

Under the applicable Tunisian electronic commerce rules, a customer may return a product in its received condition where it does not comply with the order or where the seller has failed to respect the agreed delivery period. The applicable legal period is 10 working days from delivery.

The customer should contact:

contact@sevlune.com

The complaint should, where possible, include:

  • the order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • the product name;
  • photographs of the product, packaging, batch number, or damage;
  • the date of delivery.

Photographs may help SEVLUNE investigate the complaint but do not automatically replace or limit the customer’s legal rights.

22. Remedies for a Non-Compliant Product

After reviewing the complaint, SEVLUNE may offer, as appropriate:

  • replacement of the product;
  • delivery of a missing item;
  • exchange for another product;
  • a full or partial refund;
  • reimbursement of reasonable return expenses;
  • another solution agreed with the customer.

Where the product does not comply with the order or the agreed delivery obligations were not respected, the refund and applicable associated expenses will be processed within the period required by Tunisian law after the product is returned.

SEVLUNE may inspect the returned product or communicate relevant information to the supplier, distributor, or manufacturer for the purpose of investigating the complaint.

23. Allergic Reactions and Adverse Effects

Cosmetic products may cause different reactions depending on the individual customer.

An allergic reaction does not automatically establish that a product is defective. However, SEVLUNE will review each complaint according to:

  • the product’s condition;
  • its ingredient list;
  • its batch number;
  • its expiry date;
  • the manufacturer’s instructions;
  • the circumstances of use;
  • applicable consumer protection requirements.

In the event of a serious reaction, the customer should stop using the product and seek appropriate medical advice.

SEVLUNE may request photographs and information about the product, but customers should not send medical records or sensitive health information unless strictly necessary and specifically requested.

24. Storage and Proper Use

Customers must store and use products in accordance with the instructions appearing on the packaging.

Depending on the product, this may include:

  • keeping the product away from direct sunlight;
  • avoiding excessive heat or moisture;
  • closing the container correctly after use;
  • keeping the product out of the reach of children;
  • respecting the expiry date;
  • respecting the period-after-opening symbol;
  • avoiding contact with the eyes unless the product is intended for that area.

SEVLUNE is not responsible for damage caused exclusively by improper storage, misuse, failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions, or use after the stated expiry or recommended period after opening.

This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

25. Customer Accounts

Where the website allows customer accounts, customers are responsible for:

  • keeping their login information confidential;
  • using a secure password;
  • ensuring that account information is accurate;
  • informing SEVLUNE of suspected unauthorised access.

SEVLUNE may suspend or close an account used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in a manner that threatens the security of the website or other users.

Closing an account does not affect orders, payments, complaints, or legal obligations that arose before closure.

26. Acceptable Use of the Website

Customers and visitors must not:

  • use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
  • attempt to access restricted sections of the website;
  • introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful software;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;
  • impersonate another person;
  • submit false orders;
  • copy or commercially exploit website content without permission;
  • use automated systems to extract website data without authorisation.

SEVLUNE may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, and its legitimate interests.

27. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the SEVLUNE name, logo, website design, photographs, graphics, texts, product selections, and original content are owned by or licensed to SEVLUNE.

Third-party trademarks, brand names, product images, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written authorisation of the relevant rights holder.

28. Third-Party Services

The website operates using WooCommerce and may rely on third-party services for:

  • website hosting;
  • order management;
  • delivery;
  • email communication;
  • website security;
  • analytics;
  • customer support.

The SEVLUNE website is hosted by OVHcloud in France.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. SEVLUNE remains responsible for its own obligations toward customers under applicable law.

29. Website Availability

SEVLUNE aims to keep the website available and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • maintenance;
  • updates;
  • hosting problems;
  • security measures;
  • technical failures;
  • internet or telecommunications interruptions;
  • events outside SEVLUNE’s reasonable control.

SEVLUNE may modify, suspend, or withdraw a website feature where reasonably necessary, without affecting orders already accepted.

30. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Tunisian law, SEVLUNE is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses resulting from the use of the website or products.

SEVLUNE will not be responsible for a failure caused exclusively by:

  • incorrect information supplied by the customer;
  • misuse of a product;
  • failure to follow product instructions;
  • an unauthorised alteration of a product;
  • events outside SEVLUNE’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for:

  • fraud;
  • deliberate misconduct;
  • personal injury caused by legally attributable fault;
  • defective or unsafe products where liability cannot be excluded;
  • any mandatory consumer right under Tunisian law.

31. Personal Data

Personal data collected through the website is processed in accordance with the SEVLUNE Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains, among other matters:

  • the categories of data collected;
  • why the data is used;
  • the recipients of the data;
  • the use of WooCommerce;
  • hosting by OVHcloud in France;
  • delivery-related data sharing;
  • customer rights;
  • how to contact SEVLUNE.

Customers are invited to read the Privacy Policy before placing an order.

32. Force Majeure

SEVLUNE will not be held responsible for a delay or failure caused by an event outside its reasonable control, including:

  • natural disasters;
  • severe weather;
  • fire or flooding;
  • epidemics;
  • strikes;
  • transportation disruption;
  • telecommunications failure;
  • government action;
  • civil disturbance;
  • interruption affecting suppliers or delivery providers.

SEVLUNE will take reasonable steps to limit the consequences of such an event and inform affected customers where appropriate.

33. Changes to These Terms

SEVLUNE may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect:

  • changes to the website;
  • changes to products or services;
  • new delivery or payment arrangements;
  • legal or regulatory developments;
  • security or operational requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will not normally apply retroactively to orders accepted before the updated version was published.

34. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced, where possible, in a manner consistent with applicable law and its original purpose.

35. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and all orders placed through SEVLUNE are governed by Tunisian law.

In the event of a complaint, the customer should first contact SEVLUNE at:

contact@sevlune.com

SEVLUNE and the customer will attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

Where an amicable solution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to the competent Tunisian courts, without affecting any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer protection right granted to the customer by law.
